We ship Australia-wide to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers, with tracking and discreet plain packaging. 

If your items break during delivery or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will ship your order to you again free of charge or we can provide a full refund. 

It is a rare occurrence for items to arrive damaged or to receive an incorrect item. Our team thoroughly check everything before packing and shipping your order to make sure your items are correct and in brand new condition with no defects. Our staff also pack orders that include fragile items with bubble wrap to prevent damages or breakages during shipping.

Dispatch Time:

Orders made before 12pm on weekdays: same day dispatch.

Orders made after 12pm on weekdays: next day dispatch.

Orders made on weekends or public holidays: next business day dispatch.

Delivery Time:

Standard: your order will be delivered within 2-8 business days after dispatch.

Express: your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Packaging:

Our packaging is discreet and plain with no information regarding the items inside or Best Bongs And More visible on the parcel. 

All orders are packed in plain secure packaging with bubble wrap included to make sure your items arrive safely and to eliminate any breakages. They are then sealed in a thick, plain cardboard box or satchel (depending on the items you order).
