If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please take photos or a video and contact us within 14 days for a refund or replacement shipped out. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used when placing your order.

It is a rare occurrence for items to arrive damaged or to receive an incorrect item. Our team thoroughly checks everything before packing and shipping your order to make sure your items are correct and in brand new condition with no defects. Our staff also pack every order that includes fragile items with bubble wrap to prevent damages or breakages during shipping.
