Where do you ship to and what do you offer?

Currently we only ship to Australia Wide. We offer Standard Express Shipping which includes insurance. This means if your item/s break during delivery or does not arrive, we will ship it to you again free of charge or provide a full refund. Please note, this is a rare occurrence for items to be damaged or not arrive and 99% of the time your order will arrive in perfect condition with all the items you ordered.

How do you package orders?

Our customers privacy is very important to us, which is why we will never include any contents of the items included in the package and always discreet.

All products are packaged in plain secure packaging with bubble wrap included to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition & safely. All packaging is 100% discreet with no writing of what's inside or mentions of our company name. 

If your order has items that are fragile, there will be extra bubble wrap packaged and will be identified as Fragile.

When will my order arrive?

After your payment has been received, your order will be shipped on the next business day unless it is before 3pm. Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 Business Days after your order has been shipped and left the warehouse.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, there might be delays on deliveries that we can not control. Most packages should arrive on time, if not please wait 1-2 days before contacting us.

If your order contains any flammable or dangerous products, for example Lighters and torches it will be sent by road. These products cannot be sent by express shipping.

Has my order been shipped yet?

All orders are shipped in under 24 hours once your payment is received, we will notify you by the contact method you chose when your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you. You can also log in to your account and check your order’s status.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes we do ship to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers.

Can I pick up my order?

No, we are a delivery only service and we do not allow any public access to the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

No we do not ship internationally, currently we only ship to Australia Wide.
