Where do you ship to and what do you offer?

We ship Australia-wide to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping with insurance and tracking included.

Our insurance includes if your item breaks during delivery or you receive the wrong item, we will ship your order to you again free of charge or we can provide a full refund.

Please note: this is a rare occurrence for items to be damaged or a wrong item to arrive.

How fast is your dispatch?

Orders made before 12pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day they are made.

Orders made after 12pm on weekdays will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

When will my order arrive?

Standard Shipping: your order will be delivered within 2-5 Business Days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: your order will be delivered within 1-2 Business Days after dispatch.

How do you package orders?

Our customers privacy is very important to us. All orders are packaged in plain secure packaging with bubble wrap included to make sure your items arrive safely and to eliminate any breakages. They are then sealed in a thick, plain cardboard box or satchel (depending on the items you order).

All orders are shipped in under 24 hours once your payment has been received, we will notify you by the contact method you chose when your order has been shipped and in transit to you. You can also log in to your account and check your order’s status.

Yes we do ship to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers.

Do you ship internationally?

No we do not ship internationally, currently we only ship to Australia Wide.
