Where do you ship to and what do you offer?
We currently ship to anywhere in Australia. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping which both include insurance. Insurance means if the rare chance your item(s) break during delivery or you receive the wrong item(s), we will ship it to you again free of charge or provide a full refund.
This is a rare occurrence for items to be damaged or a wrong item to arrive.
When will my order arrive?
After your payment has been received, your order will be shipped on the next business day unless it is before 3pm.
Standard Shipping: your order will arrive approximately 2-5 Business Days after your order has been shipped and left the warehouse.
Express Shipping: your order will arrive approximately 1-2 Business Days after your order has been shipped and left the warehouse.
How do you package orders?
Our customers privacy is very important to us. We never include our business name or any writing of the items included. Every package will always be completely discreet.
All products are packaged in plain secure packaging with bubble wrap included to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition & safely. All packaging is 100% discreet with no writing of what's inside or mentions of our business name.
If your order has items that are fragile, there will be extra bubble wrap packaged and will be identified as Fragile.

Will I receive tracking for my order?
Once your order has been shipped and left the warehouse, we will send your tracking number to the contact method you chose when making your order.
Has my order been shipped yet?
All orders are shipped in under 24 hours once your payment is received, we will notify you by the contact method you chose when your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you. You can also log in to your account and check your order’s status.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes we do ship to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers.
Can I pick up my order?
No, we are a delivery only service and do not allow any public access to the warehouse currently.
Do you ship internationally?
No we do not ship internationally, currently we only ship to Australia Wide.
