Please inspect your order upon receiving before using and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I return my items?
If your item/s arrives damaged or is an incorrect item, you have 14 days to contact us to arrange a return for a full refund or replacement sent out. If you contact us after the 14 day period you will not be able to return your item unless it is an incorrect item that was delivered, this is a very rare occurrence and does not happen often.
Please be advised, if you use your items this may void our returns policy. All returns must be in brand new & unused condition due to the nature of the products we sell.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that it has been inspected, we will then let you know if your refund has been approved. In most cases, if all claims you have made are correct, you will be granted a full refund.
When you are approved, your refund will then be processed to the original payment method used when placing your order.
